Welcome to my gallery of paintings.

Although I have had a great deal of experience painting many subjects I have always greatly enjoyed painting fantasy and science fiction art.

My inspirations come from many sources such as books, people and things you would see in everyday life. I have also been particularly inspired by a number of  leading names in fantasy art illustration, such as Bruce Pennington, Tim White, Jim Burns ...I could name many more.

Other inspirations, especially fine artwork, come from some of the great classical artists such as Bosch, Bruegel and many of the Pre-Raphaelites.

As an artist I am always trying to improve and develop my own style, which is demonstrated in the selection of paintings that I have selected. I hope you like what you see.
